Job Description

Qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in Electronic Media/Visual communication

Exp:3-5 Years

Skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, development, and delivery of eLearning, ILT courses and supporting materials (i.e., job aids, infographics, quick reference materials etc.), using an eLearning authoring tool such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, I spring suite and other Digital Publishing Tools

Understanding and experience in eLearning design and development models and methodologies and adult learning theory

Experience in all phases of end-to-end eLearning, development-from information gathering to storyboarding and scripting to creating knowledge-checks, simulations, and assessments based on learning and performance objectives to deployment on an LMS

Basic knowledge of eLearning publishing standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI

Ability to work closely and effectively with Trainers, Subject matter experts and both internal and external stakeholders and management to ensure E learning requirements are met and projects meet time line

Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications like Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects

Strong e-learning material development with high level of animations, visual effects, voice over, music integration and testing experience and documentation skills.

Use adult learning theory to develop innovative learning solutions.

Strong writing and communication skills and excellent command over written and spoken English.

Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with other technical, media, or content team members to deliver projects on time

Knowledge of latest trends and updates in the technology-enabled learning environment

Working effectively in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive deadlines

Tools

eLearning authoring tool (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Atomi ActivePresenter) - we're more interested in understanding of design methodology than a particular design tool

Image editing and screen capture tools (e.g., SnagIt, Adobe PhotoShop, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo)
